Unless expressly stated otherwise, lighter fuel is not included, and lighters are shipped without fuel.

Never leave an ignited lighter unattended. Blazura is not responsible for harm resulting from misuse, improper refilling, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to product instructions.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute final acceptance by Blazura.

After your order is submitted, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging that it was received. We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment.

  • Shipping restrictions.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • An order quantity suggesting unauthorized commercial resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must satisfy the conditions stated in that policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from an error by Blazura.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

11. Product Defects and Warranties

If you believe a product arrived defective, damaged, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly at contact@blazura.com with your order number and supporting photographs.

Any express warranty that applies to a particular product will be identified on the applicable product page or in a separate written warranty provided before purchase.

Manufacturer warranties, when available, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and may be subject to separate terms. Blazura does not provide an additional one-year warranty unless that warranty is expressly stated in writing for the applicable product.
