All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional events.
2. Shipping Options and Rates
We currently ship orders within the United States.
2.1 Free Shipping on orders over $50 USD
2.2 Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95 USD for orders under $50
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
We’ll be expanding to Canada soon — stay tuned for updates!
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
Typical delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note:
3.1- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
3.2- Blazura is not responsible for delays once the package is in transit with the shipping carrier.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us at contact@blazura.com.
We’ll work directly with USPS to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
Blazura is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an error is noticed after placing your order, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
7. International Shipping
Blazura currently ships only within the United States, but we’ll soon be available in Canada.
