Returns and Refund

At Blazura, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and hassle-free refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

1.1- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

1.2- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

2.1- Used lighters or accessories that contain fuel.

2.2- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.

2.3- Clearance or final sale items (if specified at purchase).

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before returning it.


3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@blazura.com with:

1- Your order number

2- The reason for your return

3- A photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please note:

1- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing speed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Blazura error or a defective product.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@blazura.com.
Include photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll make it right — either through a replacement or full refund.


6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our website.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider — it may take additional time for refunds to post.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@blazura.com.


8. Warranty

All Blazura lighters come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, contact our team with proof of purchase and a photo of the issue.
